Where the thirteen-month calendar was perpetual, harmonious and consistent with the Earth and the Universe, the twelve-month calendar was equally erratic, disharmonious and inconsistent, thus keeping the human consciousness out of sync with the rhythms and balance of the Divine source.
The Vatican had literally managed to alter time as they (the ancient cultures) had come to know it.
