Health benefits of kissing!

From BEST KISSES

The health benefits of kissing have been documented in medical studies offering amazing advantages for a long and healthy life.

1.Those who kiss their partner goodbye each morning live five years longer than those who don’t.

2.Kissing is great for self-esteem. It makes you feel appreciated and helps your state of mind.

3.Kissing burns calories, 2-3 calories a minute and can double your metabolic rate. Research claims that three passionate kisses a day (at least lasting 20 seconds each) will cause you to loose an entire extra pound! It's time to start that kissing diet!

4.Kissing is a known stress-reliever. Passionate kissing relieves tension, reduces negative energy and produces a sense of well being, lowering your cortisol ‘stress’ hormone.

5.Kissing uses 30 facial muscles and it helps keep the facial muscles tight, preventing baggy cheeks! The tension in the muscles caused by a passionate kiss helps smooth the skin and increases the circulation.

6.Kissing is good for the heart, as it creates an adrenaline which causes your heart to pump more blood around your body. Frequent kissing has scientifically been proven to stabilize cardiovascular activity, decrease blood pressure and cholesterol.

7.Those who kiss quite frequently are less likely to suffer from stomach, bladder and blood infections.

8.During a kiss, natural antibiotics are secreted in the saliva. Also, the saliva contains a type of anesthetic that helps relieve pain.

9.Kissing reduces anxiety and stops the 'noise' in your mind. It increases the levels of oxytocin, an extremely calming hormone that produces a feeling of peace.

10.The endorphins produced by kissing are 200 times more powerful than morphine.

trust your heart if the seas catch fire

dive for dreams
or a slogan may topple you
(trees are their roots
and wind is wind)
trust your heart
if the seas catch fire
(and live by love
though the stars walk backward)
honour the past
but welcome the future
(and dance your death
away at the wedding)
never mind a world
with its villains or heroes
(for good likes girls
and tomorrow and the earth)
in spite of everything
which breathes and moves, since Doom
(with white longest hands
neating each crease)
will smooth entirely our minds
-before leaving my room
i turn, and (stooping
through the morning) kiss
this pillow, dear
where our heads lived and were

Love from Dr. Seuss

“You know you’re in love when you can’t fall asleep because reality is finally better than your dreams.”

~ Dr Seuss (1904-1991), American writer & cartoonist [Theodor Seuss Geiseler],

Gazing into an abyss.

"And if you gaze for long into an abyss, the abyss gazes also into you."

"Und wenn du lange in einen Abgrund blickst, blickt der Abgrund auch in dich hinein."

Friedrich Wilhelm Nietzsche, German philosopher (1844 - 1900)

Section 146 of Nietzsche's "Beyond Good and Evil," in the section entitled "Epigrams and Interludes".

The second half of the quote is an extension of the first, warning that when you seek to understand the "abyss," or the darker elements of life or truth, the abyss enters you as well.

The lover of knowledge cannot remain merely an observer. In observing the abyss, or "dangerous truths," you cannot avoid the consequences of this newfound knowledge.

less and less to say

"As my prayers became more attentive and inward I had less and less to say.

I finally became completely silent.

I started to listen - which is even further removed from speaking.

I first thought that prayer entailed speaking. I then learnt that prayer is hearing, not merely being silent.

That is how it is.

To pray does not mean to listen to oneself speaking. Prayer involves becoming silent, and being silent, and waiting until God is heard."

MANIFESTING WITH MOLDING CLAY

MANIFESTING WITH MOLDING CLAY INSTRUCTIONS
1) Write down your desires or wishes that you want to unfold in your life on a small piece of paper, maybe about four inches square.

2) Focus on those words for about a half an hour or so.

3) Roll that piece of paper into a ball.

4) Get some molding clay, or even Play-Doh, and create a ball about the size of a golf ball or a tennis ball, depending on what will fit into the size of your hand. You want to be able to place that ball of clay comfortably in your hands, so that you can squeeze it using just one hand, while having your other hand free to go about your daily business.

5) Put the ball of clay in your hands and focus on the words of that paper as you squeeze it. Do this for at least three hours, at the minimum, more if you would prefer.

6) Then forget about your desires and wishes that you wrote down on that paper and consciously release them to the universe, or the Divine, or to God, or to whatever you believe in or works best for you, with the confidence that IT WILL take care of manifesting those desires for you.

7) Then, after two weeks, your should see your desires manifest as you had written on that paper.

Science and the Scriptures

"The biggest secret of creation is hidden in the first sentence of Genesis.

In the original Hebrew version of the Bible, Genesis starts with the word "Be-resjiet" meaning ‘at first’ or ‘in principle’. It has been translated in modern versions of the Bible into ‘in the beginning’.

Everyone knows the starting phrase of Genesis however few know that the whole essence of creation was put into that first word....The sacred Hebrew alphabet was designed with a clear intention to convey the very essence of creation and to teach later generations what the "Be-resjiet",the principle of creation, really is.

The characters of the Hebrew alphabet are projections of a ‘special form’ on the faces of a tetrahedron seen from different angles!

Stan Tenen called the ‘special form’ in the tetrahedron ‘the flame letter in the tent’.

***( I have removed the graphic of the flame letter in the tent, by Dan Winter due to a conflict that has come to my attention between Winter and Tenen's copywrited work. I am grateful to Levanah Tenen for bringing this to my attention and will research the information provided by Levanah Tenen who is the wife and working partner of Stan Tenen. Please see more about the legal action involved at www.danwinter.com)***

Ms. Tenen says "that the Federal Court acknowledged the truth of this matter: that Mr. Winter had plagiarized our work, distorting and publishing it prematurely against our express wishes."

Ms. Tenen shared this information from MIT-trained, award-winning industrial designer James Fournier:

"Regardless of whether or not Mr. Winter started his projection process with a golden mean function, he has altered the true projection of a golden mean form so that his depictions cross the equatorial plane at a near-90-degree angle. He has also arranged for the "flame-vortex" to be exactly one and one half turns. This occurs only on Mr. Tenen's sculpture; it is not technically determined. For all these reasons I conclude therefore that Mr. Winter chose parameters for his computer modeling program, not to match the golden mean, but specifically and primarily so that the result would duplicate Mr. Tenen's copyright sculpture."

...The authors of Genesis quite deliberately wanted to convey this knowledge to future generations. All that was required was that we needed to evolve to a level of scientific understanding and sooner or later the significance of the scripture would be revealed.

In a letter to the LDS community, Stan Tenen explains:
"The letter-text led to a particular geometry. I first took this geometry to represent a model light or flame. Later, I realized that this was not functional, even though it generated shapes that matched all the Hebrew letters of a particular alphabet.Later, during an exploration of the Jewish ritual of tefillin, I realized that what I had taken to be a flame was actually a model hand, and given the known properties of our hands, everything else then fell in place."

...When the actual Hebrew character is pronounced out loud, it will take on the shape of the character. Both Stan Tenen and Dr. Hans Jenny (Cymatics) independently indicated this fact. Hans Jenny recorded the vocal expression of the letter on a plate of sand. The vibrations in the voice pronouncing the Hebrew letter caused the sand grains to take on the actual shape of the Hebrew character!"

The Superstring theory from physics, the Platonic solids from geometry, the Octave in music.

"The Superstring theory postulates that all matter in the universe is connected by an infinite number of miniscule, vibrating "strings" of a yet undiscovered energy that pulsate back and forth in spirals from one single point in space.

All these strings vibrate out the exact same distance (forming a perfect sphere), and then vibrate back to the point of origin. There are so many strings that some are bound to cross over at certain "node" points, and all strings that form nodes do so in the exact same place relative to the length of the string. At these node points, the energy would be stronger, because they contain the energy of two strings working together rather than just one. Farther out on the string, other node points also form where the strings intersect, all in the same relative position on the length of the string.

If you connected all these nodes, you would find yourself drawing 3D geometrical objects, but not just any 3D geometrical objects. All lines have to be the same length, with sides the same shape, and each angle the same - all fitting perfectly into a sphere. There are only five known geometrical patterns that fit this criteria called the Platonic or Sacred Solids, which include the Octahedron, Tetrahedron, Cube, Dodecahedron, and Icosahedron.

We know that everything in our existence emits sound according to its own vibrational frequency and we theorize that both sound and light have a so far unknown common ancestor or archetype.

Stars not only shine with light, but they are known to sing......indeed, the very soul of the universe is musical! Trees have also been noted to sing - there are many reports of audible hums coming from certain kinds of trees. If you disturb an object in any way, you will start a vibrational process in that object, and it will start vibrating at it's own unique natural frequency. The natural frequency of any object is known as its resonance. If this frequency or resonance is within the range of human hearing, you will hear a sound being emitted, such as when guitar string is plucked. If the frequency is out of range, you will be oblivious to the sound, even though there is indeed sound being produced.

We have the 5 platonic solids, which as we have seen are actually vibrational crystals. Since everything in the universe is vibrating, there must be some relation between these solids and the musical scale. We can add a sphere to each side of the platonic solids to make 7, but where do we get the 8th shape to correspond to the octave? Basically all we have to do is use the Icosahedron twice. It is the logical choice because all the other shapes can be derived from it. It is simply vibrating at a higher frequency on the right side. So now we start seeing some order in all this, as we have matched up two of the important vibrational qualities of our existence - sound (resonance) and form (geometry).

Now, light vibrates too - and when it does it produces the different colors of the spectrum, as we can easily see by looking at a rainbow. There are seven basic colors in the rainbow - red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet. Matching these with the octave is easy - just add red at a higher vibrational rate to the end of the color sequence. Therefore, if singing the octave (do, re, mi, fa, so, la, ti, do), you could match the colors in the rainbow - C=do=red, D=re=orange, E=mi=yellow, F=fa=green, G=so=blue, A=la=indigo, B=ti=violet, C=do=red.

Therefore, in our 3D universe, we are singing an E tone (or faster harmonics of E), and our basic structure is a yellow (or harmonic variation of yellow) octahedra. This is our reality in its most basic vibrational form."

The Superstring theory from physics, the Platonic solids from geometry, the Octave in music.

Do Re Mi

"When you know the notes to sing
You can sing most anything"

"The beginning base value of music understanding.

Using the syllables ut, re, mi, fa, sol, and la as names for the six tones, C to A, an Italian monk named Guido d'Arezzo (990-1050) created the system of Solmization, a system of using syllables, especially sol-fa like syllables, to represent the tones of the scale (known as the Guido System).

Each hexachord could start on G, C or F. Modern musicians think in terms of octaves. The concept of hexachords was fundamental to music theory throughout the Middle Ages and Renaissance.

Hexachord(from Gk. hex, ‘six’, chordē, ‘string’).

A scale segment consisting of six adjacent notes with the interval pattern tone–tone–semitone–tone–tone:

the ‘natural’ hexachord (hexachordum naturale)
C–D–E–F–G–A,

the ‘soft’ hexachord (hexachordum molle)
F–G–A–B♭–C–D,

and the ‘hard’ hexachord (hexachordum durum)
G–A–B–C–D–E.

Later in history 'Ut' was replaced by the more easily singable 'Do,' and another syllable, si or ti, was added at the end, giving the scale of seven syllables called do-re-mi-fa-sol-la-ti, which forms the present basic system of singing names for the tones of the scale.

The syllable sol was later shortened to 'So,' making all of the syllables uniform in spelling and all ending with a vowel.

Initially written by Paolo Diacono as a hymn to Saint John the Baptist (ca 720 - 799), the Latin words "Ut queant laxis, Resonare fibris, Mira gestorum, Famuli tuorum, Solve polluti, Labii reatum,"

1. UT - Queant Laxis (later changed to "DO")
2. RE - Sonare Fibris
3. MI - Ra Gestorum
4. FA - Muli Tuorum
5. SOL - Ve Polluti
6. LA - 0 Bii reatum

gamut: A complete range or the entire series of recognized notes.
\Gam"ut\, n. [F. gamme + ut the name of a musical note.

gamma gam·ma (gām'ə) n.

Symbol γ The third letter of the Greek alphabet.

The third item in a series or system of classification.

In the modern scale, "C" is the third letter of the alphabet, but the first note of the middle scale.

The Ancient Solfeggio Frequencies – “The Perfect Circle of Sound”

"The Solfeggio frequencies contain the six pure tonal notes that were once used to make up the ancient musical scale. Each of the six Solfeggio frequencies correspond to, not only a note on the tonal scale, but to a cycle per second hz frequency number, and to a specific color, and, ultimately, to a particular chakra in the body.

For instance, middle C is related to the 528 hz frequency tone, which is associated to the color green, which, in turn, is related to the heart chakra. It is the third note on the scale and relates to the note "MI" on the scale and derives from the phrase "MI-ra gestorum" in Latin meaning "miracle."

"528 cycles per second is literally the core creative frequency of nature. It is love. The 528 hz frequency is known as, the "528 Miracle," because it has the remarkable capacity to heal and repair DNA within the body and is the exact frequency that has been used by genetic biochemists. Green, of course, is the primary color of our Mother Earth, because our planet vibrates to the frequency of love or of the heart.

These original Solfeggio frequencies, still have the capacity to transform your life in miraculous ways. Their origins date back to ancient times when they were sung in the Gregorian chants during religious ceremonies in churches of that time. But mysteriously, around 1050 AD, they mysteriously disappeared, presumably lost forever.

These chants contained special tones or frequencies which, when sung in harmony, and in Latin, were believed to impart tremendous spiritual blessings during religious masses. Apparently, the combination of these sacred tones and the Latin intonation, had the power to penetrate deep into the recesses of the subconscious mind and promote great healing and transformation."

UT – 396 Hz – Liberating Guilt and Fear

RE – 417 Hz – Undoing Situations and Facilitating Change

MI – 528 Hz – Transformation and Miracles (DNA Repair)

FA – 639 Hz – Connecting/Relationships

SOL – 741 Hz – Expression/Solutions

LA – 852 Hz – Awakening Intuition

Magic Square

The magic derives from the fact that numbers arranged in a square of equal sides all add to the same total, coming and going, up and down, and even on the diagonal.

6 ..... 1 ..... 8

7 ..... 5 ..... 3

2 ..... 9 ..... 4

The total always adds to 15 (row, column or diagonal).

The total of any three rows or columns is 45.

In the Sun Magic Square: the magic constant is 111, three ones.
The sum of all the numbers of the square is 666.

This is the gift of the Great Turning.

"When we open our eyes to what is happening, even when it breaks our hearts, we discover our true size; for our heart, when it breaks open, can hold the whole universe.

We discover how speaking the truth of our anguish for the world brings down the walls between us, drawing us into deep solidarity. That solidarity, with our neighbors and all that lives, is all the more real for the uncertainty we face.

When we stop distracting ourselves by trying to figure the chances of success or failure, our minds and hearts are liberated into the present moment. This moment then becomes alive, charged with possibilities, as we realize how lucky we are to be alive now, to take part in this planetary adventure."

SYSTEMS FAILURE in the GULF

This has been edited from an article written by Margaret Wheatley for YES! Magazine:

We must deepen our understanding of what's happening in the Gulf and what it means for our future. And what it means for us right now. "My sadness over our American Sea is becoming unspeakable. Few, and not I, can imagine the damage that will be done for generations to come.”

An oil company executive has said, 'I've been in the deep water drilling business for years and none of us can figure out how this happened. Nothing that should have stopped it worked. And the damage is limitless. 25,000 barrels a day is the more realistic number. It will take months to stop it much less clean it up. Nobody knows how to do this.'

This is a major SYSTEMS FAIL. The Gulf Coast has always been sacrificed for oil and industry. By everyone. SYSTEMS FAIL. Game over.

What do we do with our anger, our outrage, our frustration, our impotence as we tune into what's happening there? How do we avoid being consumed by these dark, swirling emotions that, like oil in the Gulf, destroy life's capacities? How do we persevere, and find the strength and faith to keep working for what we believe in?

If you're watching or reading the news, do you feel as I do how broken we are as a people?

We have choice here, as a nation, and as individuals. We can recognize that we're in new territory, that we're truly lost.

Well, nothing is working as it should. We find ourselves prisoners of arrogant technology magnified by insistent greed.

People who are lost in the mountains or wilderness, who either survive or die by the choices they make, at first fight to make their old maps work. They do everything possible to make the old maps fit the present circumstance-but they never can.

In wilderness situations, this grasping goes on until the person is confronted with the fact that they're about to die. They will survive only if they acknowledge that there's no way out of their present peril; they must give up their old maps and acknowledge that they're truly lost. Once they recognize this, they begin to notice where they really are, what's going on, what's useful information available here and now.

They make new maps and find their way home.

Laurence Gonzales, in his book Extreme Survival: Who Lives, Who Dies, and Why, writes: "Not being lost is not a matter of getting back to where you started from; it is a decision not to be lost wherever you happen to find yourself. It's simply saying, `I'm not lost, I'm right here.'"

I hold in my heart the vision of what's possible if we realize that, with the Gulf tragedy, nobody knows what to do, we're in new territory, we're lost.

I don't think we have a choice here. We have to come together to find what's needed for the Gulf, its people, and all its living beings. But will we make this choice? I have no idea.

The solstice gateways and the polar-to-solar shift.

"The ancient Mayan tradition, which is really congruent with Traditional sciences, reconstructs the traditional Mesoamerican wisdom and, in seeking an explanation for the Mayan calendar 2012 end-date, led to the precession and the alignments to the Galactic Center.

The Galactic Center is apparently one of the gateways in Vedic cosmology. The Galactic Center may well be considered to be the Hypercosmic Sun, the Well of Remembrance, the Sundoor at World’s End, the eye of the heart, the cosmic center, the Holy Grail, etc.

It is an academic and scholarly challenge to demonstrate how ancient metaphysicians and cosmologists — not to mention astronomers — had attached their eschatological doctrines to the rare alignment of solstice sun and galactic heart.

The alignment of the solstice sun on December 21, 2012 at 11:11 AM GMT with the galactic equator of the Milky Way, with the Galactic Center nearby.

The precessional movement of “the sun” closer to “the grand center” causes the full expression of a Golden Age of Light, a time indicated in Vedic and Hindu traditions as occurring a dozen or so millennia ago. As such, it must be the precessional motion of the June solstice sun around the grand center that is indicated, because the June solstice sun was “closest to” the Galactic Center roughly 12,000 to 13,000 years ago. This “closeness” is in terms of alignment (as viewed from earth), not distance.

In the year 2012 the Galactic Center is at 27 Sagittarius (within 3 degrees of the winter solstice). On the winter solstice of 2012, the Galactic Center will be rising heliacally just before dawn, in a way reminiscent of how the Maya observed Venus's last morningstar appearance.

This basically follows the "1 degree every 72 years" rule of precession. In this way, back in 3114 B.C. the sun conjuncted the Sacred Tree on Oct 10th, which is 72 degrees, or 1/5th of the ecliptic from the winter solstice.

The Fall Equinox sun conjuncted the Sacred Tree about 6400 years ago (1/4th of a precessional cycle). Ancient cultures in Mesopotamia may have recognized this alignment, and called it a Golden Age. The fall from this state of alignment may be responsible for the original Fall from Paradise myth, which filtered out to the Judaic tradition.

Where the Galactic Equator (not to be confused with Galactic Center) crosses the ecliptic in Sagittarius just happens to be where the dark rift in the Milky Way begins. This is a dark bifurcation in the Milky Way caused by interstellar dust clouds. To observers on earth, it appears as a dark road which begins near the ecliptic and stretches along the Milky Way up towards Polaris.

December 21, 2012. On that day, our sun will cross the plane of the Milky Way Galaxy, an event that only happens once every 25,800 years. December 21st, 2012 (13.0.0.0.0 in the Mayan Long Count) represents an extremely close conjunction of the winter solstice sun with the crossing point of Galactic Equator and the ecliptic, what the ancient Maya recognized as the Sacred Tree.

At 11:11 AM GMT on December 21, 2012 A.D., the band of the Milky Way, whose center is called the Galactic Equator, and the ecliptic which can be seen by tracing a roughly horizontal path through the center of the chart of the planets, line up so that the sun is exactly in the center, which is often referred to as the Sacred Tree.

It is critical to understand that the winter solstice sun rarely conjuncts the Sacred Tree. In fact, this is an event that has been coming to resonance very slowly over thousands and thousands of years.

For early Mayan / Mesoamerican skywatchers, the slow approach of the winter solstice sun to the Sacred Tree was seen as a critical process, the culmination of which was surely worthy of being called 13.0.0.0.0, the end of a World Age. The channel would then be open through the winter solstice doorway, up the Sacred Tree to the center of the churning heavens, the Heart of Sky.

An age may come to an end and be replaced by a new age where different realities are present. This transition from one age to another is often the subject of eschatological discussion. So, instead of "the end of the world" we may speak of "the end of the age" and be referring to the end of "life as we know it" and the beginning of a new reality. Indeed, most apocalyptic literature (and movies) do not deal with the "end of time" but rather with the end of a certain period of time, the end of life as it is now, and the beginning of a new period of time. It is usually a crisis that brings an end to current reality and ushers in a new way of living / thinking / being."

Mother’s Day for Peace: A Dramatic Reading of Julia Ward Howe’s Mother’s Day Proclamation

Mother’s Day for Peace: A Dramatic Reading of Julia Ward Howe’s Mother’s Day Proclamation

Arise then, women of this day!

After the heartbreak and deep wounding of the U.S. Civil War, Julia Ward Howe was moved to write the Mother's Day Proclamation in 1870. It reads:

"Arise then, women of this day! Arise, all women who have hearts, whether your baptism be that of water or tears!

"Say firmly: 'We will not have great questions decided by irrelevant agencies.

Our husbands shall not come to us, reeking with carnage, for caresses and applause.

Our sons shall not be taken from us to unlearn all that we have taught them of charity, mercy and patience.

We women of one country will be too tender of those of another to allow our sons to be trained to injure theirs.'

"From the bosom of the devastated earth, a voice goes up with our own. It says, 'Disarm, disarm!'

The sword of murder is not the balance of justice. Blood does not wipe out dishonor, nor does violence indicate possession.

As men have often forsaken the plow and the anvil at the summons of war, let women now leave all that may be left of home for a great and earnest day of counsel.

Let them meet first, as women, to bewail and commemorate the dead. Let them solemnly take counsel with each other as to the means whereby the great human family can live in peace, each bearing after his own time the sacred impress, not of Caesar but of God.

"In the name of womanhood and of humanity, I earnestly ask that a general congress of women without limit of nationality may be appointed and held at some place deemed most convenient and at the earliest period consistent with its objects, to promote the alliance of the different nationalities, the amicable settlement of international questions, the great and general interests of peace."

The Way is long. so let us go together.
When the Way is difficult, let us help each other.

Creative Imagination

"I can't believe that!" said Alice.

"Can't you?" the queen said in a pitying tone. "Try again, draw a long breath, and shut your eyes."

Alice laughed. "There's no use trying," she said. "One can't believe impossible things."

"I dare say you haven't had much practice," said the queen. "When I was your age, I always did it for half an hour a day. Why, sometimes I've believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast."

A little something from Wordsworth

"I have felt a presence that disturbs me with the joy of elevated thoughts;
a sense sublime of something far more deeply interfused,
whose dwelling is the light of setting suns,
and the round ocean and the living air,
and the blue sky, and in the mind of man;
emotion and a spirit, that impels all thinking things,
all objects of all thought,
and rolls through all things."

Time is priceless.

Time is priceless, yet it costs us nothing.

You can do anything you want with it, but you can’t own it.

You can spend it, but you can’t keep it.

And once you’ve lost it, there’s no getting it back.

Torie's new New Zealand nickname is Toi Toi. One of her many nicknames is Toe Toe and that is pronounced Toi Toi in the native language of Maori. That and the color of the native New Zealand plant is the color of Torie's hair. The non-native pampass grass is whiter in color.

Toi Toi (pronounced as 'toy toy') is the Maori word for a plant (spelled toe toe) that is native to New Zealand.

Toi Toi is a common spelling for this grass, though Toe Toe is preferred by botanists. They are both Maori words, and both sound the same!

There are four similar species (Cortaderia toetoe, Cortaderia fulvida, Cortaderia splendens and Cortaderia richardii) found in different areas in New Zealand. They are all closely related to that undesirable introduced Pampas grass (Cortaderia selloana or Cortaderia jubata). The plant commonly seen and referred to as toi toi by 95% of New Zealand is in fact an exotic pampas grass which comes from South America.

Optical Delusion

"A human being is part of the whole called by us the Universe.

We experiences ourselves, our thoughts and feelings as something separated from the rest...

a kind of optical delusion of consciousness.

This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest us.

Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures,

and the whole of nature in all of its beauty...."

Practical Intuition for Success

"Today we join our energy and intuition to find peace and hope by re-directing every moment towards a positive outcome.

Let us commit to go in and redirect any and all old patterns that are contrary to our New Reality, magnetize the parts that draw the New Reality to us, neutralize our defenses to our own good fortune and put each others awareness on the healing joy and connection we share. Let's really galvanize our energy for change!"

Seeking Knowledge

"In seeking knowledge,
the first step is silence
the second listening,
the third remembering,
the forth practicing,
and the fifth -
teaching others."

Campaign for Creativity

"believe in your creative potential,
enjoy the creative process,
try something new,
explore new possibilities,
but most of all
believe."

Donna Downey

Learning is finding out what you already know.

Learning is finding out what you already know.
Doing is demonstrating that you know it.
Teaching is reminding others that they know just as well as you.
